A family atmosphere, I enjoyed it. Its location was beachfront, walking distance to Mike Fox Skate Park. Actually everything was very clean, my next choice again in Santa Cruz.

Perfect views, airy rooms, top location. The personnel was genuinely friendly & was willing to help. It was adjacent to the pebble beach. A warm stay with a brilliant swimming pool.

Liked this hotel, had restful experience. Common room and tiled bathroom, very very good breakfast. Exceptional service from the phenomenal stuff that we interacted with. Decent view, a great balcony, lovely bed, too. Efficient check-in, late check-out. Walking distance to the amazing beach.

This hotel was RESPECTFUL, I loved its first class location and rooms. Lots of meals for breakfast, including eggs, sausages, fresh fruit and cheese. I slept so comfy in the spacious bed. Restaurant in venue was superb and the pool area was great.

Favourable location and overall the staff was accommodating. I got free upgrade and loved it. Heated pool area too. I used to use free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Rooms were nice new, everything was fantastic. Reasonably spacious suite and soft bed. Attitude of the staff was really warm!

It's a huge hotel, free breakfast. 10 mins walk to the center. Enjoyed that the tapas bar was working.

Right place for a 2-night stay. The guest room had everything you need, climate control, an individual safe and a flat-screen TV. Thanks again to valet, you rock! Found Golden Palace, set 4-6 minutes walking distance the hotel, ate there a few times.
